I had really loved the laser cut burgundy pocket sleeves we ordered for our wedding invitations but the whole experience has now been soured by receiving an email the following day promoting their new special offer of free envelopes with the same product I had just spent money getting (without envelopes) especially as it came very closely to the dispatch notification email for my order. It would have been nicer for them to contact me and say do you want to adjust your order spend a bit more and add envelopes as we are now running this special offer (which would have cost us a little bit more but as we need envelopes anyhow, it would have also saved us more in the long run- and every bride wants to save money any way she can!).
Not even sure I want to use the sleeves now as just feel disheartened about the whole experience - I did try to contact them directly but didn’t receive a reply. For a small independent company I would have expected better customer service.

However, on this occasion your e-mail has strangely arrived in our Junk Box. Until your review, we were completely unaware of your message. I am really unsure as to why that has happened. Had we been able to access your e-mail prior to sending your order, we would have contacted you to resolve this.
