I am very disappointed with this so called ribbon. It is not velvet but a band of cheap nylon fuzz.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not happy with the white velvet riobbon you have recieved. This ribbon is from our collection supplied by luxury packaging company Vivant : https://www.vivantdecorations.com/en/ We have been using this company for over 5 years and i believ this is the first compaint we have ever had with one of their products, and we sell an awful lot of their velvet ribbon.
Obviously if you are not happy with it, you are welcome to retunr it for a refund.
