Ordered over 2 weeks ago and my samples haven't arrived, disappointed
Hi Tara. Thank you for your review. Just to clarify. you ordered 4 free samples from the Nunited Kingdom to the republic of Ireland on the 23rd october. Your order was dispatched on the 24th October via Royal Mail International standard service. I am sorry your order has not turned up, yet however it has been sent and is more than likely being held up in Irish customs. I am sorry you are dissapointed the samples havenot arrived and you felt so disapointed that you had to give our business a nagative review. We as a business are also dissapointed that despite us sending your free samples within a day of you orderring, and through no fau;t of our own, you felt that you had to give is a 1 Star review.
